When I was working at EYE LEVEL (Jun 2023 - Present), I demonstrated the Supervisory Skills skill when I was responsible for managing my students in the most effective way such that I could strike a balance between teaching content and also ensuring their interest and confidence in the subject as those are key determinants of learning aptitudes. To take initiative, I proactively researched learning methods and applied my own past experiences. As a result, I managed to positively affect their performance .
