What would you bring to a team if you join them?
New ideas, empathy and willing to listen to form collaborations.
Injection of new blood into an existing team is refreshing however it can be annoying if the newcomer is not a team player or displays arrogance to provide solutions before having a deep understanding of the tasks at hand.
It may make the rest of the team uncomfortable and to form silos and restrict free flow of information, resulting in confusion and detrimental to team morale.

What experience did you find most invaluable in your career so far?
I find the experience of working overseas in a multicultural team and foreign environment most valuable because adaptability is an intangible attribute that is not as easy or straightforward as it seems; especially in a high stress environment.
