How do you attempt to overcome your lack of knowledge in particular areas?
Most of the new resources can be found on Youtube. The rest is through the application on the new concepts.
Secondly, I learn through working closely with mentors who are knowledgeable in the areas that I am interested in.

I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad from Robert Kiyosaki. It changed my professional direction instantly.

If you were a college student again, what would you do differently to prepare you for your field?
I would find more mentors to have a cadence with. I would spend more time in internships to find out what I truly love and passionate about early on.

To drive a successful sales department transformation, I worked with every department head. Firstly, I took the time to understand the needs and challenges of each department and their impact on and from the sales team.

The lack of belief and naysayers. I work doubly hard to attain what I need to exceed my goals. Everyone has their own paths and once I made up my mind to pursue it, I am all in.
