What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
Trying to control what I couldnt even influence. I learned that you can only control what you can, influence where you can, and leave all the rest.

Give an example of a recent industry development that captured your attention, and what insight or thoughts you have about it.
NFTs were the buzz of early 2021, and now were seeing that the tech only capture a portion of its potential. The biggest insight was an old one: tech is means to an end - business model comes first.

What are your interests and in what way does this career satisfy your interests?
Being able to transform the world was the reason why I started my own band. That translated into me working with Blockchain to transform the world.

Mentorship from people several years ahead of me. Learning from other peoples mistakes is always cheaper.

Coming from a project management background, risk management was ever present in my professional life. Everything can go wrong if left unattended.

Being able to have a productive day job in baking while running startup mentorship and a weekly podcast, and keeping myself active with CrossFit, and present with the family
