Im a dedicated lecturer who empowers young and adult learners to improve their quality of education for both work and in life. With over 6 years of experience, collaborating with private and government organizations, engaging stakholders through transformation, productivity enhancement, and collective bargaining/bonus negotiations.
For my physical and mental wellbeing, I like exploring exotic places, run and gym on alternate days. I believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential for personal and professional growth.

When I was working at NTUC (Dec 2017 - Aug 2022), I demonstrated the Grievances skill when I was in charge of cases from union members. To improve the situation, I proactively enagage HR staffs and union leaders to resolve complex issues. As a result, I managed to positively affect change in the working lives to th emembers.

When I was working at NTUC (Dec 2017 - Aug 2022), I demonstrated the Negotiation Skills skill when I was in charge of bonus and collective bargaining negotiations. To resolve the issue, I proactively engaged and negotiated with several directors and stakeholders . As a result, I managed to achieve positive outcomes.

I am known to ease conflict with a diplomatic approach and I am known for my public speaking capabilities.

What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
When negotiations failed, I had to work with individuals to understand the reasons for not bringing the negotiations to the middle ground. There are corrective worj that needs to be done and that takes effort.

What are the tools or technology that you enjoy using for your work?
Laptops, Handphones, supporting apps that enhance your roles. Always looking forward for the latest trend that ease my role.

How do you attempt to overcome your lack of knowledge in particular areas?
When I first started, I was not comfortable with minutes taking. I prefer numbers more than words. I struggled to structure my sentences. Therefore, I decide to take up a minutes taking course from British Council. Since then, my minute staking significantly improved.

keep update with the news, listen to the ground workers and work closely with political offices holders.

Helping companies and individuals to improve themselves through training and job enhancement through my efforts in negotiation, collaboration and strategic planning.

What sacrifices have you had to make to succeed in this field, and do you feel the sacrifices were worth it?
Time and my ability to social interact. I was an introvert and I struggled to engaged in conversations. Overtime I learn to embrace public speaking and that helped me to be more interactive at networking events.
