When I was working at Foodtown NZ (Jul 1987 - Sep 1999), I demonstrated the Problem Resolution skill when I was responsible for Providing solution for the daily operations efficiecy. To resolve the issue, I proactively analyse and prioritise . As a result, I managed to complete the new requirement within the night with no hiccup.

How a student can choose a mentor and later change?
It is a compatibility issue and I am sure a good mentor can also mediate situation in this case

Will there be situation mentor and mentee disagree?
I would say so. Based on my experience I should be able to resolve this based on scenarios setup and secerity

Do not mind to share in general the work experience and up and downs of various industry

Is there sharing sessions for the mentor in the actual classroom ?
To listen to lectures the students are attending so to understand the contents of study better. this enable more interaction
