Engaged employee in dual mode (both virtually physically) during the pandemic and automated various HR processes to improve efficiency, reduced errors and save time by freeing up employees for more valuable or complex tasks.

What excites you about the field that you are in?
Human resources (HR) isn’t often perceived to be the most glamorous department within a company. After all, one of the most prominent examples of an HR professional is that we have a unique perspective into the businesses we work for due to the nature of the jobs. Not only do we have a strong understanding of an organization’s priorities and challenges, but we also have the ability to influence the future of the company based on the employment decisions we make.
