When I was working at Thinktechniq SG (Dec 2019 - Jan 2020), I demonstrated the Customer Insight skill when I was in charge of modifying and improving a digital marketing campaign. To improve the situation, I proactively looked at the individual Facebook profiles of the target market to gain insight. As a result, I managed to improve efficiency in the targeting of the Facebook ads.

When I was working at Burger King Singapore (Oct 2015 - Jan 2016), I demonstrated the Design Thinking skill when I was responsible for improving the operations in the kitchen. To improve the situation, I proactively observed the staff working in the kitchen as well as reflect on my own experience in the kitchen. As a result, I managed to achieve an evolutionary design of the fryer machine which the Head of Operations and Business Manager liked.

To take initiative, I proactively carried out deep user interviews with the managers and employees. As a result, I managed to complete my understanding of the operations in the outlet and the experiences of the employees.
