Q&A with Nathaniel Leong
How did you manage to secure a job offer/interview?
Competition is really tough with hundreds of applicants applying for a role so i understand how its really tough.
I had an excel sheet of all listed MAS financials institutions and and slowly went down the list applying/cold calling/emailing the relevant companies for a role. Try to leverage your networks for a referral and most of the time, people are willing to help you.
Ask yourself What makes me different? and leverage your strengths and how it aligns to the particular company you might be applying to.
