What excites you about the industry you are in?
The supply chain industry is exciting as it involves many stakeholders throughout the entire operations. The world is constantly changing and to be able to adapt to these changes is what makes it exciting.

I enjoy that I am acquiring new knowledge on a daily basis and learning as much as I can from my senior colleagues.

What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
My current role requires me to have extensive knowledge of the supply chain industry as well as firm understanding of the supply chain management business of my organisation. As the sole agile-trained business analyst in my team, I am responsible for influencing the use of agile methodologies for the incremental development and consistent delivery of our supply chain management platform.
