I am responsible for CB activities in ASEAN region. Additionally, I am also responsible for global CB projects. Previously, I was on global assignment to Siemens AG as a part of Global HR High Potential program. I was working as Global HR business partner for Siemens Controlling Finance. I was responsible for Global project like making workforce prepared for Digitalization, Strategic Workforce planning,Performance planning etc.
I have previous experience in Compensation and Benefits. I was responsible for Policy making, governance and position evaluation for Siemens India
I have worked as a Software Developer at IBM. I was supporting applications on Mainframes using JCL, COBOL, IMS etc. I was working for for a 50+ billion dollar US Healthcare insurance Client.
I enjoy solving complex problems and working on strategic topics which helps create impact and add value. I have a strong cross functional experience which helps bring unique perspectives to the discussions.
