Summary
Ren Wei leads the communications and development efforts for the National University Heart Centre, Singapore (NUHCS), the national heart centre under the National University Health System. In his current capacity, Ren Wei supervises 2 staff in his team, and oversees the implementation of communication initiatives ranging from online platforms including social media (e.g. Facebook and YouTube), corporate website, intranet, as well as traditional platforms such as newsletter publications, public seminars, community events, media relations, and print advertisements. Ren Wei was also the pioneer and driver for the NUHCS Facebook page, which has since grown beyond 10,000 followers in the span of less than 2 years.
In his previous role as a Brand Manager for McCoy Bespoke, a brand consultancy agency under the McCoy Group of Companies, Ren Wei provided branding and operational related consultancy services to corporate clients, and was instrumental in securing government grants (e.g. Capability Development Grants, Global Company Partnership Grants, and Innovation and Capability Vouchers) for local Small-to-Medium Enterprise. Ren Wei was also part of the consultancy team to win a Singapore packaging award for his client.
