Q&A with Richard Lesmana
What is your mentorship style?
I am open to listening about your true career aspirations and am direct and honest with my opinions. The mentee should have an open mind and take some form of negative criticisms constructively - after all they are in your own best interests.
To make the best use of our time, I expect mentees to be in the driving seat of the mentorship. You decide what's the best structure for you and how often you would like to speak. Be sure to come up with an agenda before each discussion and prepare lots of questions.

What is your ideal mentee?
If you are still a student, you should either be a penultimate or final year student who has completed at least 1 internship. I can provide some guidance with regards to making your first big decision in your career - your first job.
If you have started working recently, I am also open to speaking and sharing my opinions about your career aspirations.
