Featured Skills
Work Experience
Temporary Retail Associate Jun 2023 - Jul 2023
ZARA SingaporeAs part of their operations team, my job was to perform stock replenishment and smoothen work
processes with effectiveness and quick decision making. There are tasks such as product
replenishment from our various stockrooms and packaging of online or in-store orders. Despite being
an associate who often works behind the scenes, I was frequently asked to help as a stand-in
customer service associate. As a CSA, I tend to customers who wish to inquire more about the product
or request one. On rare occasions, we would be sent out to other stores for item pick-up or
manpower issues.
Intern May 2019 - Aug 2019
Safran Electronics Services Asia Pte Ltd SingaporeAs part of the engineering division, our job was to take up tasks or projects assigned to us and
implement them as an improvement to our company work process or environment. Besides projects, I
took the opportunity working closely with the Quality team and IT department to update important
documents. But before that, we were to familiarize ourselves with the researchers in-charge of their
respective departments / divisions.
Customer Service Associate Aug 2017 - Oct 2017
ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE SingaporeAs the title says, my job was to aid customers who have uncertainties for certain products and
wish to know about them. When the customer wishes for a product that is not available on
display, I assist them to find their desired shoes, apparels or equipment by searching our store’s
warehouse. During off-work days, the number of customers tend to increase, and I was assigned
for crowd control. When our manager is busy, he would allow some of us to handle stock orders
through phone calls from other RSH stores or even handle customer orders. On rare occasions,
my manager would even send me to other RSH stores when they are either short of manpower or
allowing to me to work closely with other employees with experiences. Lastly, most shops do not
have good security systems and I am there to help prevent any acts of mischief and theft.
Temporary Staff Member Nov 2016 - Mar 2017
Pacific Bookstores SingaporeMy job was to assist in moving large stocks of books and other materials, even help with
customer orders when my colleagues and other helpers are unable to do so. Before the school
period starts the next year, parents and students would place their order of books and other
associated materials to prepare for their upcoming academic year. For my first job in December
2015, I helped at a school in Woodlands and assist customers with their orders and carry large
items which are heavy. When there are no customers, I had to sort out all materials in an orderly
manner so that it is easier to find them and when there are orders placed, I placed all the stated
items into a delivery box so that parents could collect them altogether.
After my O-Levels, I was assigned to two others in schools at Braddell and Woodlands. During
then, the number of customers were fewer than usual. So, the main tasks were to tend to
students who purchase stationaries during their recess time. When there was a book fest, my job
became more major as a cash register counter for parents buying a huge set of books and
materials.
