Hello! I am Selene, and I am currently studying at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). As a penultimate student specializing in Human Resources, I find myself being drawn to roles in HR Consulting, particularly as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). I love learning and have enjoyed courses like Strategic Human Resources Management and Talent Sourcing Acquisition.
My interest in HR grew from seeing how impactful a motivated and well-supported team can be on an organizations success. I am eager to pursue a career in HR Consulting because I am passionate about helping organizations improve their HR practices. I believe that by understanding and supporting employees, we can unlock their full potential and hence enhance operational efficiency.
Outside of academics, I am always looking for opportunities to gain practical experience through internships and projects. I am keen to develop my skills and make a positive impact in the HR field.
