How do you effectively manage your work?
Managing work effectively takes a lot of planning at different stages. First of all, I always try my best to get a full picture of the scope of work as much as possible; think through about all the possible risk or obstructions there might be - manage that at the start. Then, set small milestones for each task, give it a reasonable deadline with any other commitments I could already foresee. Finally, the rest of the things I need to do will be to try to keep to the plan.

What achievements in your career are you most proud of?
What I feel most proud of would be that my career enables me to help my clients to improve their product and service quality, which does not only improve clients business but also benefit customers directly. During my years at J. D. Power, we partnered with one of the Taiwanese automotive brand to study their vehicle quality to help them on their RD, audited their pre-sales and post-sales services quality, find their pain points in service and recommended ways to improve.
