Describe a situation where you had an idea and needed to influence people around you to understand, and work together towards achieving the idea.
Many times in my career i have ideas to improve processes or would like to adopt a new technology to improve business processes. To influence others, i have to do research and come up with a story on how this particular technology or framework can help us and present these ideas by showcasing how these can impact the business in a positive way.
