What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
I have made a lot of mistakes in my life (and career) and can fill pages and pages of it. The common thing about the failures has been, how much insights i could get on how to do things and more importantly how not to do some things :)
Maybe something for a longer discussion.

What excites you about the industry you are in?
This is my first role in consumer banking and what excites me is that this is an industry that touches everyone. This also means that we can have a wider impact and reach a lot more people and make a difference. The fact that the way we do our work is changing lives - makes me feel very grateful and responsible.
