I’m the Founder and CEO of ELXR®, a leading SportsTech company based in Singapore, with a wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan.
After a 16-year career with the Special Forces of the Singapore Armed Forces, I embarked on the mission to make fitness more accessible and holistic, through the Direct-To-Consumer brand ELXR. Encouraging Special Forces Lifestyle, ELXR® is a multi-channel ecosystem designed to help founders perform better, connecting to the global startup community through military-inspired training, events, gear and technology.
ELXR® is one of the few Sports Technology company in Asia with many notable firsts. The first and only company in Singapore to enter the prestigious 500 Startups (2018), Plug and Play program (2019) Japan, the top accelerators in the world based in Silicon Valley, the programs acceptance rate globally at only 6%. ELXR® was awarded Best International Startup (2019) at the Plug and Play Tokyo EXPO, a venture capital and accelerator company based in Silicon Valley. ELXR® is also one of the companies globally chosen by the Global Sports Innovation Centre powered by Microsoft (GSIC) bringing digital transformation to sports entities around the world. The company was accepted at the 500 Startups Global Launch, Silicon Valley, and Plug and Play Kyoto - Hardtech Health program (2020).
I have recently been appointed as the 1st Official Representative to support overseas expansion of startups from Hyogo Prefecture, as well as market access for startups from Singapore to Hyogo Prefecture. I am currently also the 1st Official Representation for Startup Plaza Hyogo KiP (Hyogo Prefecture)s first overseas office in Singapore.
I was the 1st International Race Director for Spartan Race, and had organised multiple inaugural races in Shanghai, Beijing, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. As part of the Special Forces fraternity, dedication and methodicalness are my hallmark, evidently shown in all strategic and tactical execution of my tasks.
In my leisure time, expect to find me roaming the trails doing ultra-marathons, or round-island cycles to seek that clarity of thought.

Agilite was founded by Israeli Special Forces and US Army veterans with extensive experience in combat zones in four countries across the Middle East.
As a member of the Gear Development Team for Agilite, I receive opportunities to provide personal feedback and opinions on upcoming products and concepts, including confidential preview pictures, videos or physical product prototypes, so as to allow us to create high quality gear together.

Spartan Race Inc United StatesAs an International Race Director, I work with local partners on putting up Spartan Race in the region I am deployed in, providing end-to-end turnkey solution from race route planning to event day execution.
I lead a team that covers Race Operations, Festival Area and other parts of a Spartan Race, as the first International Race Director for the Asia market.

What achievements in your career are you most proud of?
I graduated from the 1 year Special Forces (Counter-Terrorist) course from Singapore Armed Forces Commandos - after a 120 hrs event called the Hell Week.
I am also the first and only International Race Director in Asia, representing Spartan Race to organise their inaugural races in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan.

What area are you most interested in regarding your current career?
I have the ability to build products which can benefit the community - with no glass ceiling. The sky is the limit.
