Besides doing research on the internet, I will approach contacts who may be experts in those area or who can point me in the correct direction.

What excites you about the field that you are in?
What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
Building trust in a relationship within a short time frame. Without trust, it is difficult to address the underlying issues and have meaningful discussions to move forward.

What are the tools or technology that you enjoy using for your work?
There are many tools out there and technology is evolving rather quickly in the recruiting space. I enjoy learning about the new tools but sometimes, it is important to pick the right tools to match what the company needs.
