When I was working at CPF (May 2022 - Jul 2022), I demonstrated the Customer Service skill when I was responsible for the e-lobby section of the CPF customer service center. To take initiative, I proactively ensured that the queries members had were listened to and were accurately and efficiently answered. As a result, I managed to achieve a high number of successful completions by serving over 70 members.
