Having accumulated experiences and gained lots from multiple mentors, my next career goal is to be a mentor myself. I believe mentoring is a two-way communication, where both the mentor and mentee are growing at the same time.

The ever-changing landscape and fast pace. Never a boring day nor sleepy moments in this industry. The constant challenges and satisfaction when issues are resolved keeps me engaged in this industry.
