What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
I spent 2-3 years after graduating from NTU in fields where I didnt fully enjoy myself. However, it was through the experiences of unfit career that I slowly learned what really interests me. So Id say late groomers are not always at a disadvantage. Knowing what you want through time will anchor your career better in the long run.

What excites you about the field that you are in?
It is exciting to use mathematics and statistics to uncover the signals underneath sheer noise and drive investment decisions. You are expected to write production level code which is both sophisticated and efficient.
