Im trying to find out more about the field of HR Analytics so if anyone is interested to share more about their projects or experience, Id love to have a chat too.
P.S. I think this mentoring initiative is great. Had I known something like this existed, Id have pivoted out of Accounting quicker!

Q&A with Ting Ling Neo
If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same path for yourself? If not, what would you change?
I have, and absolutely would choose to do it differently. As my profile suggests, I have graduated with a degree in Accountancy. In fact I have done 6 years of accountancy (including my SP diploma) and always thought it was a set path after graduation to join a Big 4 and progress from there. I was one of those kids who did think too much about their careers and blindly followed what I thought was a safe and well-thought out choice.
A couple of months into being an auditor has shed more light and forced me to start thinking about what I wanted to do in the next 5-10 years. Can I see myself in audit or accounting 5 years on? I highly doubt so.
Im really glad I took that leap and I havent looked back since.
