• Towards the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, I was in the process of discussing another 3 long term agreements. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 situation had brought all the long term agreement discussion to an immediate halt.
• Even though the situation was bad, I managed to accumulate enough pipeline to achieve 75% of the sales budget by end 2020.

• The joint ventures directly and indirectly under my charge contributed about 20% of SIAECs’ total annual profit.

StandardAero Limited Singapore• Reports directly to the International Sales Director who was in charge of sales outside of USA and Canada.
• In-charge of sales for the whole of Asia Pacific for the entire fixed wing portfolio business in Standard Aero. The engine products were Pratt Whitney Canada PT6A and PW100, Rolls Royce AE3007, General Electric CF34, Honeywell GTCP 36 APU.
• Increased the sales from US$5-6 million to US$10 million within 3 years. The major contributing factor to the increased sales was because of the successful penetration into the China market.
• The merger of Standard Aero and Landmark Aviation through the purchase of both companies by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise doubled my portfolio to include legacy Landmark Aviation products.
• The merger also resulted in a restructuring of the international sales team where I was promoted to Regional Sales Leader supervising 3 sales managers in Asia Pacific.
• A key role of the Regional Sales Leader was to assist the International Sales Director to strategise the business opportunities in Asia Pacific and to supervise the Asia Pacific sales managers. Be the point of contact and advise the company and senior management on issues regarding Asia Pacific.
• Manage all the agents in Asia Pacific and the decision maker on the hiring and termination of the agents.

I have always been interested in the Aviation Industry since secondary school. I had planned my education and career path accordingly and had achieved what I had planned. You can say I am living my dream job.
