In a group project, one of the key concerns was the lack of expertise and experience within the team, which could hinder the projects completion. To address this, we fostered open communication and early discussions, allowing us to adjust our expectations and plan accordingly, thereby avoiding any roadblocks and successfully meeting our end goal.

In my daily life, I have developed a habit of foreseeing potential problems by setting aside some time for reflection. By contemplating future events and their potential repercussions, I can identify possible issues and their underlying reasons. Often, these problems can be resolved by introspecting and recognizing our own behaviours or actions that contribute to the situation. Taking responsibility for our actions rather than blaming others is crucial for finding effective solutions. Additionally, seeking advice from others can provide fresh perspectives and ideas, leading to innovative solutions for the challenges we face. Sometimes, we may get too fixated on a specific idea and lose sight of the bigger picture. By taking a step back and gaining a holistic view, we can realize that many problems we encounter are not as significant as they may initially seem, making it easier to find appropriate and practical solutions.
