The recent wave of going green and decarbonisation throughout not just in the oil and gas industry but globally across all sectors has been fantastic for the world as people are starting to pay more attention to caring for the environment. But at the same time, it is also just as important that we do this in a right way that is sustainable and long term that is more than just a passing phase. 

It is not secret that luck plays a big part in how your career develops over the years but I am strong believer that the harder you work, the luckier you get. Plain and simple, being a young professional coming into the industry and having to prove yourself, one has to be willing to sacrifice time with family, friends etc and also to be willing to put in extra hours especially in the early phases to learn and to get the fundamental knowledge right to have a good foundation to develop your career
