How do you attempt to overcome your lack of knowledge in particular areas?
When I switched my career from semiconductor industry to life science industry, I had to start everything from scratch. I spent a lot of the time with the team and follow day to day operation to learn from my colleagues via different projects. I also managed to get myself Lean Six Sigma green belt certified while I contributed to company project. It is a great experience that I contribute to my work while I grow myself professionally at the same time.
