Ah Gongs Muah Chee SingaporeIn Aug 2015, Zai Hou founded Ah Gong’s Muah Chee. Ah Gongs Muah Chee is a food beverages company which makes and sells its own Muah Chee, a traditional local snack in various events/carnivals. Our vision is to see different generations coming together and connecting with each other, and our mission is to revive the traditional local food scene. Ah Gongs Muah Chee is also a social enterprise with a social mission to empower individuals through our projects. Profits will be used to fund projects that empowers individuals. Currently, we are working on a social project to empower intellectually disabled individuals with life skills to become independent.

Fritz SingaporeIn May 2013, Zai Hou founded Fritz, a FB company specialising in selling their products in hawker centres. Fritz is also a social enterprise which successfully conducted a pilot test in training and helping a chef to clear his existing debts by setting a stall in hawker centre. Zai Hou is in-charge of creating new business marketing strategies; drafting proposals and also managing the company’s website and Facebook page. Zai Hou also initiated an event, collaborating with MacPherson CSC, to give away free fritters to celebrate the Nation’s birthday with our pioneer generation.
