Q&A with Cen Yang
What is the one most important thing when just starting out the career?
Self-awareness and self-discovery.
We all need to devote time and thoughts to finding the true passion / strengths (ikigai), and creating our own career dream / map.
Are you more keen to be a corporate ladder climber, jungle trip adventurer or craft master?
of course, your ideal career may and is quite likely to change over the years. Key is to be adaptable and to embrace life-long learning.

Is there something you wish you'd known starting out in your field? Or is there something you wish you had done differently starting out?
I could not emphasize more the importance of seeking out mentorship/coaching and sponsorship during the career journey. The earlier, the better.
