I bring authenticity and motivate people to be authentic and work to their strengths rather than stress over weaknesses. No two individuals are same and one has to identify and embrace their own uniqueness.

What excites you about the industry you are in?
Tech startups have a very steep learning curve, as we are working on challenges very relevant to the current market and economics, and trying to solve problems that can have an impact to millions at scale.

If you were a college student again, what would you do differently to prepare you for your field?
Id be open to more learning opportunities not directly related to my field of study. The world is changing at a much rapid pace than how our education system is designed.
