Coaching and Training. I would like to share all my life experiences to next generation...been 25 years of working around APAC especially South East Asia...has taught many valuable cultural experiences that I believe a lot of people has never had. I hope I can inspire more Singaporeans to explore out of box.

Describe a time when you anticipated potential problems and developed preventive measures.
Channel conflicts are the common problems we have in my line of business. There is a time when a reseller wanted a special price for project that he claimed that he has control but the project has already been awarded by another reseller who i already quoted before. Luckily, I have anticipated these and done a project check with the end user who has awarded too and also its expected choice of partners.

What kind of education or training did you find most useful in your field?
Hand-on training is always the most effective and practical to learn things. When I am learning any new products or new experiences, I would like to do practical sessions with the most experienced person.
