- Led the team to grow the reach of public service content through initiatives on innovative storytelling and partnerships with new digital platforms.
- Oversaw the development and launch of Singapore’s Tripartite Standard on the Procurement of Services from Media Freelancers.

- Launched PIXEL Studios as Singapore’s 1st digital content centre to incubate promising start-ups, support the production of innovative digital content and build a community of creators.
- Established capability and content partnerships with HBO Asia, Fox Networks Group, Discovery Asia and Maker Studios to deepen Singapore’s media production capabilities.

If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same path for yourself? If not, what would you change?
Every step I have taken in my career journey so far has greatly enriched me both professionally and personally. So I would definitely choose the same path if I could do it all over again. Perhaps the 1 thing I would change in a do-over is to decide on each job transition more quickly. What I have learnt is that you must give yourself a chance when people are ready to take a chance on you.
