What sacrifices have you had to make to succeed in this field, and do you feel the sacrifices were worth it?
I had to change of industry and learn. Rather than stay and earn.
Studying finance could have made me earn a lot of money. Pivoting to work on sustainability made me much happier and align with my values.- Upvote | 0

If you were a college student again, what would you do differently to prepare you for your field?
Have you considered going into other fields? What other fields do you think you are well-suited for and why?
I have changed fields several times in my career. Now I guess I found my ikigai so it must be the right one. And the planet needs more people to save it.
