Summary
Proactive, Motivated Amiable.
Those are three words that describe me. Throughout my professional experience, I have searched for opportunities to fuel my thirst for knowledge and personal development. Furthermore, I love to influence people around me with my positive demeanour.
Joining Wealthy Appetite has been a crucial stepping stone for my career. It was my first experience working outside of university which sparked my strong interest in business and entrepreneurship. Through Wealthy Appetite, I was presented with opportunities to meet and interact with business owners, professionals and executives throughout Asia Pacific. These interactions honed my sales, marketing, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as helping me gain invaluable insights into the various businesses I worked with. My ability to critically problem-solve and think out-of-the-box has enabled me to continually apply these skillsets in both my university work and other career experiences I have pursued thus far.
My goal is to leave a lasting positive impact on people I meet and the organisations I work for. Since continual learning is something I value strongly, I am excited for what the future holds.
I enjoy networking and meeting new people as well. Do connect and have a chat with me!

Q&A with Caleb Tan
What did you do to make yourself marketable?
To make myself marketable, I took an optimistic approach to every opportunity to learn. Even from the simplest task, there will be something that is beneficial in my personal growth. This mindset eventually shone through to employers as it is a valued virtue.
