Why did you choose the career you choose, when there are so many choices in SG/APAC.
I choose sales because it provide a very good exposure to me at a very young age and stuck with me as it becomes a important business skill in the market place. I choose healthcare sector and had work in it and also around the sector as a service provider because i get the sense of contribution to human intrinsically through my work. This made the work very fulfilling at the end of the day.

When is the moment that you discover the most authentic way to do sales?
There was once a small training exercise about self awareness. The exercise , while is actually a very simple exercise, made me become acutely awareness that every human being is fundamentally the same. It impacted my way of relating to other people in sales situation and allow a sale process to occur in the most natural and authentic way.
