What is your personal goal in your profession?

What has been the most challenging situation you have ever faced at work and how did you overcome it?
Dealing with patients who are either having stress-related issues coupled with physical symptoms and patients who are at their late/end stage of life
What I did to overcome these issues was to be more prepared. When there is sufficient experience and knowledge on how to handle such patients, the next time a similar case is presented, the prior knowledge would serve to help me cope with it
