Isaac has a demonstrated history of working in the professional training coaching industry. Qualified as a LEGO Serious Play expert, Human-Centered Design practitioner, Kirkpatrick Certified Professional, Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner, Isaac takes pride in honing his craft through continuous lifelong learning and emotive application of skills and knowledge. He is an Emergenetics Associate and Coach; certified in using the powerful brain-based personality profiling tool. In 2009, Isaac received his Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from the Nanyang Technological University. He is also a National Institute of Education, NIE alumnus.
