Is there something you wish you'd known starting out in your field? Or is there something you wish you had done differently starting out?
I wish I had a mentor that could guide me when I was still fresh as a young graduate.

What do you do to keep your skills fresh or keep yourself updated in your field?
Keep myself relevant by attending courses. Also, I find it helpful to speak to my juniors and interns to learn what schools are teaching nowadays. I think reverse mentoring helps!

What sacrifices have you had to make to succeed in this field, and do you feel the sacrifices were worth it?
Definitely have to put in the hours and efforts to learn. I would think it is worth the sacrifices.

If I could do it all over again, I would probably choose the same career path. However, I will choose to do it differently instead of the way I have done it.
