Jam Band Manager Aug 2021 - Present
NTU Hall 2 Jam Band SingaporeLed a team of 30 dedicated Jamband members who performed at Hall 2 Got Talent, Back to School Event, and NTU Fuse 22, an interhall music showcase. Amongst enthusiastic candidates, I evaluated and nominated new members based on skills, personalities and commitment levels.
Besides handling our day-to-day finances, I also served as the Hall 2 Got Talent judge and sourced cost-effective recording studios. On short notice, I coordinated performers, venues, and logistics for our events. Circuit Breaker served as a springboard for my efforts to solicit members ideas for future events, from which we developed fundraising plans for Valentines Day and Christmas to fund our audio equipment.
The CCA has grown fourfold under our leadership without sacrificing quality, grew its online presence on Instagram and YouTube, and secured new performance invites from the NTU School of Social Sciences and City Square Mall.

When I was working at NTU Hall 2 Jam Band (Aug 2021 - Present), I demonstrated the Organisation and Planning skill when I was in charge of improving the impact of Covid-19 on Jam Band activities. To take initiative, I proactively organised weekly sessions to bond with the new band members. As a result, I managed to strengthen the bonds between the members and secure performance opportunities for the Band.
