What achievements in your career are you most proud of?
My career transition from a research development role to commercial function as Technical Sales, especially most of my internship and exposure are from RD and I have no prior knowledge about the industry! I was fortunate to join a lean company which I get to interact with multi-functional department from Customer Services, Logistics, Finance and Technical Support which allows me to learn quickly how the commercial world functions!

What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
To me there arent mistakes as long you know what you did wrong and learn from it to not repeat it. It is all part of the journey so enjoy the process!
