Q&A with Lynette Teo
What kind of mentees would you prefer to accept?
Due to my busy work schedule, I will not be able to commit to as many mentees as Id like to. I have a preference for those who are looking to enter the media/communications/marketing/ad tech industry; since my experience would be more applicable/relevant to share with them. Open to students of other industries but will prioritize based on relevance to my current industry.
Apart from that, Im looking for mentees who are inquisitive, open-minded, willing to learn and understand the importance of hard work.
