What do you like least about your work?
Unfortunately, my current workplace is very traditional about the working hours and work location. I need to clock in by 9am every morning and there isnt any flexi work arrangement. Having said that, I usually leave work on time at 6pm. Plus, we have an awesome pantry, staff recreation area, and monthly celebrations.

What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
I believe that mistakes are just lessons to be learnt. In my early career, I had changed 10 jobs over 3 years. I was labelled a job hopper by peers and employers. Fast forward to present, my diverse work experience has helped me to connect with people from all walks of life, which is useful, cos as a corporate trainer I came across many different profiles of learners from various industries and roles.
