What are some personal projects or ideas you have worked on or are working on now?
Odyssey Boards. It started as a side project with my good friend as we were both passionate about longboarding, and now its a registered business with both of us as partners.
We realized many people hesitated picking up this hobby due to the ridiculously high prices and the lack of encouragement - so we started this with the values of inclusion and empowerment. We kept the prices low and did away with unnecessary markups by removing the middle man in most aspects.
Weve helped hundreds of people get started with longboarding, and its extremely fulfilling.

What kind of education or training did you find most useful in your field?
Dealing with my not knowing. As a fresh graduate almost everything is new to me, but never completely unlinked from something Ive come across before.
I find it helpful to view everything as a machine that can be broken down to even smaller machines, or put together with others to form a bigger structure. These machines repeat with some difference between, and finding the pattern is the solution.
