YonYou SG SingaporeLearnt the knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, NC Cloud and NCC cloud, especially in Supply Chain Management(Inventory Management), Fixed Asset and Subcontracting and User Permission modules. Did System configuration using SQL and testing for software in Uclient.
Made four slides of about 150 pages each (Inventory Management, Fixed Asset and Subcontracting, User Permission) to present the software functions and addressed user problems after communicating with the department manager about the needs of users and new employees.
Recorded and edited three videos to explain and demonstrate the functions of Supply Chain Management(Inventory Management), Fixed Asset and Subcontracting modules.
Made 8 print templates (Picking list, Stock Counting List, Consignment Delivery Order, Movement Journal(Scrap)…) according to the client’s need. Collaborated closely with the department manager and provided internal support.

To tackle this challenge, I proactively learn the knowledge of ERP system. As a result, I managed to improve efficiency I made the internal training more efficiently.
