I love kids and penguins and I bake in my free time. I just entered the workforce and I see the importance of mentors in our lives. What are some important elements to start out a career in Software Development?
An awesome mentor that teaches and guide you with his whole heart, a good understanding of coding fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP, etc), a big heart (and brain) to keep learning for the rest of your life!
