When I was working at Sivantos Pte Ltd (Dec 2020 - Present), I demonstrated the Programming skill when I was responsible for Lot Traveller or product tracking system. To take initiative, I proactively write VBA script to generate out the process flow. As a result, I managed to complete the project within specific time line.

When I was working at Seagate Technology International (Jan 2011 - Jul 2020), I demonstrated the Data Analysis skill when I was in charge of Backend Lean Team. To improve the situation, I proactively looked for solutions using Six Sigma Tools. As a result, I managed to win an award in Lean Productivity Award.

What are some personal projects or ideas you have worked on or are working on now?
Setting Design Guideline on PCB coating process of Hearing Aides Devices and come up with solutions to manufacture higher reliability products.
