When I was working at Schneider Electric (Aug 2017 - Present), I demonstrated the Graduate Recruitment skill when I was in charge of all the early careers and graduate recruitment in the cluster. I studied a general BBA and HR was only a course out of 45+ courses. Having interned as a HR Consulting Intern, I know where my passion lies in. If I were a students again, I may just:

Build meaningful relationships.
Spend time on understanding myself.
Be bold to take risks.
