When I was working at Schneider Electric (Aug 2017 - Present), I demonstrated the Graduate Recruitment skill when I was in charge of all the early careers and graduate recruitment in the cluster. To tackle this challenge, I proactively reached out to university partners, professional bodies, student clubs for more engagement brand awareness. If you were a college student again, what would you do differently to prepare you for your field?
I studied a general BBA and HR was only a course out of 45+ courses. Having interned as a HR Consulting Intern, I know where my passion lies in. If I were a students again, I may just:
- Build meaningful relationships.
- Spend time on understanding myself.
- Be bold to take risks.
