Skyroam Singapore- Owned the delivery of an Internet of Things (IOT) platform which deployed Virtual SIM technology, aggregated over 200 carriers and served enterprise partners/end users globally;
- Standardized and oversaw the onboarding of all customers on this IOT platform;
- Utilized a Project Management tool named TAPD (similar to Jira but in Chinese) to streamline the project delivery process by organizing the product/project requirements, writing user stories, allocating resources for performing relevant tasks and tracking the project delivery timeline; trained other Project Managers on using TAPD;
- Followed Agile framework in most of the projects;
- Led a smart screen project for a renowned ride sharing company in South East Asia, enabling it with Skyroam network and Virtual SIM technology, finalizing product requirements and liaising with vendors;

Tata Communications Singapore- Acted as the lead API integration specialist for Mobile Virtual Network Operators/MVNOs including
RedOne, MyRepublic, VivoBee...ect, enabling them with access to Tata Communications network; - Collaborated closely with key stakeholders from Product, Legal, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Sales, IT and Engineering functions, and oversaw the entire roadmaps for the API Ecosystem and Strategy team;
- Onboarded over 30 customers which were mainly based in China, Japan, Malaysia or Europe and represented total Annual Contract Value of 9 million USD for an IOT product called MOVE; resolved 70% to 80% of the incoming technical queries on system integration;
- Trained Senior Solution Architects, Sales Directors and external customers on Application Programming Interface;

Describe a project or idea (not necessarily your own) that was implemented primarily because of your efforts.
l was the Founder and President for Da Vinci Arts Engineering Society in NTU from Aug 2014 to May 2015
. During my term, l convinced the University Board to formalize the society within 6 months since its inception, with strong support from founding members. We also won achievements such as hosting the first ever 3D modelling workshops in NTU, exhibiting a self-designed 3D printed dress in the Singapore International 3D Printing Competition and securing second runner-up at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Arduino Microprocessor Challenge within one year.

1) Teaching N(A) Level students English and Maths on a voluntary-basis
Past projects:
1) Research topic: Dynamic simulation of biological networks Research focus: Implementation of GINsim and Gillespie algorithm to analyze biological networks related to cancer
2) Research topic: Design of a 16 channel High Speed MIMO Ethernet Transceiver
Research focus: Proposal for a 16 Channel MIMO transmission scheme and its application to Optical Wireless Communications (OWC) in indoor environments with Line of Sight (LOS) characteristics
