How do you effectively manage your work?
i think it is always important to plan, though many things could just come out of the blue. But a plan is always a good start, and it should be kind of flexible for you to adjust to changes.
I also find it important to have self discipline and know when to work and when to relax.

What excites you about the industry you are in?
We are at an exciting phase where semiconductors are incorporated and integrated into many application, phones, smart card and cars.
It is great knowing that you are part of the force driving these innovation and changes to the world.
